New LEED Quality Views Compliance Report Available

ClimateStudio’s LEED Quality Views calculation and report have been updated based on feedback from the US Green Building Council (USGBC). The feature is currently available in the CS2.3 release candidate which you can download here.

ClimateStudio has long maintained a relationship with the USGBC, with our LEED Daylight credit calculation and report helping hundreds of firms around the world earn their LEED Daylight credits in-house with no outsourcing necessary. Now, you can also run LEED Quality Views credit simulations and automatically generate an updated PDF report inside ClimateStudio for direct submission to the USGBC for compliance.

The PDF report offers the ability to add your own logo and a report image cover upload. Watch how a LEED Quality Views credit simulation and report is generated in less than two minutes below.

TIP: Use the CSExampleFiles command to use this model and test the simulation on your own computer!

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a green building rating system maintained by the US Green Building Council (USGBC). The system offers two simulation-based options for achieving its Daylight Credit as well as a Quality Views credit which is computed as part of the View Analysis workflow. Both credits are available for simulation inside ClimateStudio, with compliance reporting available for commercial subscribers.
